This was made for 
contest. This is just the flat color and I am no where near done with the shading. 
But......I really wanted to enter this in the contest, and maybe in a month or two.......(dang school).......I'll have the shaded version uploaded.
This is the scene from episode 65 of Sonic X, Mission: Match-Up (Celebration Aboard the Typhoon) I thought that this episode was so sweet. Anyways, this is supposed to be when Tails is helping Cosmo set up the decorations and he says something funny that makes her laugh.
And remember guys, if you can get her to laugh, she's at least your friend! lol And I know this is true because I am a girl myself, and no matter how dumb a joke, if someone is my friend, I will laugh. But I NEVER laugh at anyone else's jokes. ^.^
